My name is Neha Saikia, a resident of Numaligarh, Assam. I hold a postgraduate degree in law from Gujarat National Law University, an LLB from Delhi University, and a BA in Political Science from Handique Girls' College. My professional journey began with internships in the development sector, followed by work with High Court advocates. With these diverse experiences, I decided to understand the development sector more closely and became an India Fellow under the India Fellow Social Leadership Program, which ignited my passion for working with community. I discovered the joy of working with teams, communities, and collectives. I am excited to continue my passion with SeSTA, bringing my skills, passion, and dedication to help create a better, more inclusive society. Beyond my professional life, I love traveling and exploring new foods and cultures. I have a particular soft spot for Asian culture, with its rich traditions and vibrant heritage. These personal interests have enriched my perspective and fuelled my passion for social work.
